KHAIRPUR: Five people including a woman died while six hurt in different accidents on Sunday.
According to details, a tractor trolley bumped into a motorcycle near Tando Musti at national highway, consequently two persons on the motorcycle died and one woman got hurt. The dead were real brothers namely Shahmeer Phulpoto and Azeem Phulpoto, and the injured was their mother Ameeran Phulpoto.
The dead bodies were handed over to the relatives after legal formalities at the civil hospital Khairpur, while the injured woman has been admitted for treatment. Similarly, a donkey cart and a motorcycle collided with each other near Sim Nalla at Mehran national highway in the jurisdiction of Setharja police station.
This collision resulted in serious injuries to the motorcyclist, Ali Nawaz Kanboh, and while on the way to Larkana hospital he succumbed to his injuries. Also, a motorcyclist Iqrar Ali Rajper, aged 14, was crushed to death by a speedy wagon at Mehran national highway near Faiz Gunj.
Moreover, a clash between the two groups of Shar community at village Iqbal Jat near Bozdar Wada over a petty issue resulted in the death of 55-year old woman Sakina Shar. The Bozdar police arrested four people of both the groups and controlled the situation. Besides, six people got hurt in a clash between Shahani and Channa communities near Ranipur.
